No-fly-zone entry via stale geofence validation

Improper geofence handling in PX4 Autopilot 1.14.0 allows local users to upload flight paths that enter no-fly zones. The navigator loads geofence data asynchronously while mission feasibility checks read mission data synchronously, so simultaneous updates can validate a route against stale boundaries. Exploitation requires a privileged operator using a ground control station, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized flight into a configured exclusion area.
