File disclosure via unchecked snapshot path joining

Path traversal in Qdrant 1.6.0 through 1.8.2 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through the Full Snapshot REST API. The get_full_snapshot_path function joined an attacker-controlled snapshot name to the snapshot directory and returned an existing path without canonicalizing it or verifying directory containment. Exploitation requires low-privilege access from an adjacent network, and successful traversal discloses readable files outside the snapshot directory.
