Forged uninstall feedback via missing capability check

Missing authorization in DELUCKS SEO 2.5.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit uninstall feedback as the site owner. The send_uninstall_reason() handler accepts the request without a WordPress capability check and transmits attacker-supplied survey data to the vendor. No authentication is required; the reported consequence is forged uninstall telemetry rather than control of site content or configuration.
