Duplicate-account creation via self-registration race

A TOCTOU race in Apache StreamPipes 0.93.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to create duplicate accounts through self-registration. The user self-registration path checks whether an email is registered separately from account creation, so concurrent requests can reuse the address; Apache has not named the affected function. Self-registration must be reachable, and a successful race creates identical user records and corrupts user management without a reported confidentiality or availability impact.
