Editor-level stored XSS via custom code element
Published Mar 29, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Hogash Studio Zion Builder 3.6.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with Editor access to inject executable scripts. The custom code element accepts and stores script-bearing content from Editors without limiting the feature to site administrators, and published pages execute that content in visitors' browsers. Editor-level access and a separate user's viewing of affected content are required, bounding the consequence to script execution in that viewer's browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
