Stored script execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Mar 29, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Collect.chat 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in other users' browsers. The CNA and linked advisory do not identify the affected input, storage location, or output routine that fails to neutralize it before page generation. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a second user to load the stored content, exposing that user's browser session to script-driven data access or actions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
