Adjacent service interruption via MAC-learning interface flap

NULL pointer dereference in the PFE of Junos OS Evolved 23.2-EVO allows attackers on an adjacent network to restart the PFE. During MAC learning for Layer 2 traffic on a logical interface, an interface flap causes evo-aftmand-bt to dereference a NULL pointer and core. Repeating the sequence restarts the Packet Forwarding Engine each time, sustaining a forwarding outage without credentials from the adjacent network.
