Subscriber service interruption via closed socket write

Use after free in Juniper Networks Junos OS on MX Series allows local users to crash bbe-smgd through specific CLI commands. Command processing writes to an mgd socket memory area after the socket has closed, causing bbe-smgd to crash and restart automatically. The flaw requires authenticated CLI access with GRES and Subscriber Management enabled; new subscribers cannot connect while the daemon restarts.
