Local privilege escalation via Web Print symlink deletion

Arbitrary file deletion in PaperCut NG/MF before 23.0.9 allows local users to escalate privileges through the Web Print service. The pc-web-print service follows an attacker-created symbolic link and deletes the file referenced by that link. Exploitation requires low-privilege code execution on a Windows server with Web Print enabled and grants arbitrary code execution as SYSTEM.
