Out-of-bounds write in Adobe Acrobat and Reader allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted JPEG2000 file. The JPEG2000 parser fails to validate user-supplied data before writing past the end of an allocated object. Affected releases are 24.002.20736 and earlier and 20.005.30574 and earlier; a victim must open the malicious file.
