Contributor-level stored XSS via unchecked SVG upload

Improper authorization in Smart Slider 3 3.5.1.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload files that enable stored XSS. The upload handler accepts limited file types, including SVG, without checking the caller's upload capability. Contributor-level access is sufficient to store active SVG content that executes in another user's browser, allowing unauthorized data access or changes.
