Remote process crash via unchecked sequence lengths

Denial of service in eProsima Fast DDS allows remote attackers to crash subscriber processes by sending malformed RTPS packets. CDRMessage sequence readers trust serialized element counts and resize property or data-holder vectors before verifying that the enclosing parameter contains the minimum required bytes. No authentication or user interaction is required; a reachable Fast DDS process can terminate after attempting an attacker-controlled allocation.
