Observable timing discrepancy in 1Panel 1.10.2-lts allows remote authenticated users to recover passwords through response timing. The authentication service compares password-derived values with Go's != operator instead of hmac.Equal, so comparison time varies with matching input. Exploitation requires high privileges, user interaction, and many measurements; the bounded consequence is password recovery.
