Local process hang via malformed IPv6 header lengths

Infinite loop in Tcpreplay 4.4.0 through 4.4.4 allows local users to hang tcprewrite by processing a crafted IPv6 packet capture. The get_layer4_v6 path advances through IPv6 extension headers without confirming that each declared header length remains within the captured packet. Triggering the flaw requires a local user to run tcprewrite on the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is nontermination and CPU consumption, not memory corruption.
