Authenticated database disclosure via unprepared SQL query
Published Mar 28, 2024 · Updated May 11, 2026
SQL injection in Wasiliy Strecker Contest Gallery 21.3.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The affected database-query path insufficiently escapes a user-supplied parameter and does not prepare the existing SQL statement, allowing appended SQL. Contributor-level WordPress access is required, and successful exploitation exposes sensitive database information without a reported ability to modify it.
