CVE-2024-30188Network attack vector

Arbitrary file read and write via unchecked paths

Published Aug 9, 2024 · Updated Mar 13, 2025

Improper input validation in Apache DolphinScheduler 3.1.0 through 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read and write arbitrary files. ResourcesServiceImpl accepted caller-controlled full paths in resource operations without ensuring that each path remained beneath the configured resource directory. Authenticated resource API access is required; successful exploitation reads or overwrites files accessible to the DolphinScheduler service account.
