Arbitrary script execution via unvalidated conferencing input
Published Oct 21, 2024 · Updated Mar 22, 2025
Stored XSS in Mitel MiCollab 9.7.1.110 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through web conferencing. The web conferencing component stores insufficiently validated user input and later renders it as active script content; Mitel has not identified the affected field or endpoint. Administrative privileges are required to plant the payload, and another user's browser interaction executes it in that user's application context.
