Improper certificate validation in HCL AppScan Source 10.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to intercept or modify executable traffic. The product accepts an expired TLS/SSL certificate for an executable, but HCL has not disclosed the affected component or the validation operation that fails. Exploitation requires control of the network path used for the executable exchange; reported impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity.
