Source-IP masking via unauthenticated open proxy

Open proxy behavior in HCL Nomad server on Domino before 1.0.13 allows remote attackers to mask their source IP address. The proxy request handler forwards unauthenticated traffic so destinations observe the Nomad server instead of the originator; HCL has not disclosed the responsible endpoint or parsing path. Network access to the service is sufficient, enabling source concealment and attempts to trick users into exposing sensitive information.
