Double free in Microsoft SAPI on affected Windows releases allows remote attackers to execute code after user interaction. Microsoft identifies incorrect repeated memory release in SAPI but has not disclosed the freed object, parsing path, or triggering input format. Exploitation requires a user to initiate interaction with attacker-controlled content, after which code runs in that user's security context.
