Local privilege escalation via ks.sys double fetch

A TOCTOU race in the Windows Kernel Streaming driver in affected Microsoft Windows releases allows local users to gain SYSTEM privileges. KspPropertyHandler validates a user buffer, but UnserializePropertySet fetches it again without revalidation, allowing its contents to change between accesses. Low-privilege local access and successful race timing are required; exploitation dereferences attacker-controlled pointers in kernel mode.
