Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows LLTD on Windows Server 2008 SP2 and 2008 R2 SP1 allows remote attackers to execute code. Microsoft identifies the LLTD implementation as the affected component but has not published the parsing locus or incorrect operation performed on untrusted protocol data. Exploitation requires an attacker on an adjacent wired or wireless network and user interaction, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the affected system's context.
