Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows DWM Core Library allows local users with low privileges to execute code at SYSTEM integrity. CCommandBuffer::Initialize rounds an attacker-controlled shared-buffer length down for allocation but passes the full length to memcpy. A local session and low-privileged code execution are required; successful exploitation runs code as the DWM user at SYSTEM integrity.
