Hard-coded credentials for the Linux root account in Brocade SANnav before 2.3.0a allow remote attackers to access the appliance. The OVA installation guide publishes the account's default password, and affected installations do not force administrators to replace it. Exploitation requires that password to remain unchanged after installation and grants remote root access to the appliance.
