File-transfer interception via SHA-1 SSH signatures

Inadequate encryption in the FileTransfer class in Broadcom Brocade SANnav before 2.3.1 allows remote attackers to intercept file transfers. FileTransfer negotiates the ssh-rsa signature scheme, binding SSH authentication to collision-prone SHA-1 rather than a stronger signature hash. An unauthenticated attacker must occupy a man-in-the-middle position on the transfer path; successful exploitation discloses transferred data.
