Arbitrary door unlocking via forged keycards

Authentication bypass in dormakaba Saflok systems before the November 2023 update allows attackers to unlock doors with forged keycards. The card-key derivation function uses only the card UID, and weaknesses in secondary encryption protecting card data enable property-wide credential forgery. Physical access to one active or expired property card and a device that reads, writes, or emulates MIFARE Classic cards is required; the resulting card pair opens arbitrary doors.
