Authenticated repo-server crash via unbounded Helm index

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Argo CD 2.4.0 and later releases allows remote authenticated users to crash repo-server. The Helm package's loadRepoIndex function reads an HTTP response body into one byte slice without a size limit, so a continuously streaming registry causes unbounded allocation. Exploitation requires access sufficient to point Argo CD at an attacker-controlled Helm registry, and the resulting out-of-memory condition terminates repo-server.
