Incorrect authorization in Miraheze CreateWiki allows remote authenticated users to read improperly suppressed wiki requests. The RequestWikiRequestViewer submission handler retains the generic visibility value instead of applying visibility-options, discarding the suppressor's selected restriction. Users need the createwiki right, and builds before commit 0c7c4f93834349be8f5c2a678e9a85b4b1aa7bab expose request information intended for a narrower audience.
