Credential disclosure via world-readable temporary token file

Incorrect permission assignment in SecureCmdDoAs in Apache Hive 1.1.0 through 4.0.0 allows local users to read temporary credentials. SecureCmdDoAs writes token storage to a temporary path without setting restrictive permissions, so the file defaults to mode 0644; the patch instead creates it with mode 0700 subject to the configured umask. Exploitation requires a local account that can access the temporary directory, and exposure is limited to credentials contained in the generated token file.
