Credential exposure in Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager before 12.1.2.172 allows remote authenticated users to steal a service-account NTLM hash. Veeam has not published the component or operation that exposes the hash. Exploitation requires high privileges and a service account configured as anything other than the default Local System account.
