Unauthenticated administrative access via default credentials

Default credentials in CS Technologies Australia Evolution Controller 2.x allow remote attackers to obtain administrative access. The web interface accepts 123 as both the factory username and password, while installation and first login neither require a password change nor warn that the credential remains active. Any network-reachable interface retaining the default credential grants control of administrative functions, including physical access-control operations.
