Unauthenticated card-value disclosure via expired-session response

Access control failure in CS Technologies Australia Evolution Controller 2.04.560.31.03.2024 and earlier allows remote attackers to read card values. The DESKTOP_EDIT_USER_GET_CARD action processes a supplied valid user ID and returns the associated card value even after reporting that the operator session expired. The web interface must be enabled and network-reachable; disclosure is limited to stored card values, with no reported ability to change records.
