Published Apr 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Improper input validation in CS Technologies Australia Evolution Controller 2.04.560.31.03.2024 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash it. The DAL_ADD web handler fails to sanitize attacker-controlled input and uses an uninitialized variable, terminating the controller software. No authentication or user interaction is required; the crash interrupts application monitoring, including logs and alarms.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
