Authenticated code execution via unvalidated SQL query
Published May 31, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Ivanti Endpoint Manager 2022 SU5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the core server. The GetLogFileRulesNameUniqueSQL method inserts a user-supplied string into an SQL query without proper validation, enabling execution as the service account. Exploitation requires authentication and access from the same network, and successful code runs with the service account's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
