CVE-2024-29825

Unauthenticated code execution via RecordBrokenApp SQL injection

Published May 31, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

SQL injection in Ivanti Endpoint Manager 2022 SU5 and earlier allows remote attackers on the same network to execute arbitrary code. RecordBrokenApp uses an unvalidated user-supplied string to construct SQL queries, permitting injected database commands. No authentication is required, but the attacker must reach the core server from the same network; successful exploitation runs code as the service account.
