Local information disclosure via unchecked QoS session data

Out-of-bounds read in Google Android's Exynos RIL allows local users to disclose information after compromising baseband firmware. ProtocolPsDedicatedBearInfoAdapter::processQosSession in protocolpsadapter.cpp reads QoS session data without first checking that the requested range remains inside the available buffer. Exploitation requires low local privileges and prior baseband firmware compromise, needs no user interaction, and exposes memory without reported integrity or availability impact.
