Server-side request forgery via unrestricted stylesheet paths

SSRF in Apache CXF before 3.5.9, 3.6.4, and 4.0.5 allows remote attackers to retrieve server-reachable resources. WadlGenerator passes any request path ending in .xsl to getExistingResource instead of restricting retrieval to the configured stylesheet reference. Only REST services with a custom WADL stylesheet are exposed, enabling unauthenticated reads from resources reachable by the service.
