Code execution via same-directory DLL loading

Uncontrolled DLL search paths in Fujidenolo Solutions SonicDICOM Media Viewer 2.3.2 and earlier allow attackers to execute code via a planted DLL. The viewer loads a specific DLL from the same directory without constraining the attacker-influenced search location. A user must place the DLL in the chosen directory and launch the viewer; the payload then runs with the application's privileges.
