FTPS data disclosure via unverified server certificates

Improper certificate validation in Apache Airflow FTP Provider before 3.7.0 allows attackers to read FTPS data via server impersonation. FTPSHook.get_conn constructs ftplib.FTP_TLS without an ssl.create_default_context, so the client does not fully authenticate the server certificate. Exploitation requires high-privileged Airflow access and a position to impersonate the FTPS server; the reported consequence is limited data disclosure.
