SQL injection in SportsNET CMS 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to read, update, and delete database records via idDesafio. The /app/ax/inscribeUsuario/ endpoint fails to neutralize crafted SQL syntax supplied through the idDesafio parameter before database use. No authentication or user interaction is required, exposing all stored database information to disclosure, modification, or deletion.
