Database compromise via unneutralized setAsRead id parameter

SQL injection in SportsNET CMS 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to read, update, or delete database records through the setAsRead endpoint. The /app/ax/setAsRead/ handler fails to neutralize the untrusted id parameter before it becomes part of a specially crafted SQL query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation exposes the full database to reading, modification, or deletion.
