Arbitrary code execution via nested prototype paths

Prototype pollution in thi.ng @thi.ng/paths 5.1.62 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted paths. The toPath function returned array inputs without validating each element, allowing nested proto entries to evade disallowProtoPath before mutation. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled nested array paths to mutIn or mutInManyUnsafe, which alters inherited properties and enables the reported code execution.
