Crashes and data corruption via iconv bounds omission

Out-of-bounds write in GNU C Library glibc 2.39 and earlier allows attackers to crash applications or corrupt adjacent data through iconv(). The ISO-2022-CN-EXT converter writes SS2 or SS3 escape sequences without first confirming that four output bytes remain. Reachability requires an application, including the GNU/Linux subsystem in affected Siemens MFP controllers, to convert attacker-influenced text to ISO-2022-CN-EXT.
