Authenticated code execution via configurable PHP uploads

Unrestricted file upload in LEPTON CMS 7.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted PHP file. The backend/settings/save.php handler stores a user-supplied PHP extension in upload_whitelist, and the file-manager config.php reads that list without excluding executable extensions. Backend settings access is required; after the media uploader stores the PHP file, requesting its URL executes code with the web server's privileges.
