User deletion via tokenless administrative GET request

Cross-site request forgery in Anchor CMS 0.12.7 allows context-dependent attackers to delete users through an authenticated browser. The admin/users/delete/{id} GET handler deletes the selected user and metadata without accepting or checking a request-bound token. An Anchor account must be authenticated in the browser and induced to submit the crafted cross-origin request; any noncurrent account ID can be deleted.
