SYSTEM privilege escalation via offline browser escape

Privilege escalation in E-TRUST HORACIUS Password Reset for Windows 1.2 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to gain SYSTEM access. When offline, the logon-screen reset flow launches an Internet Explorer error page as SYSTEM, whose Save dialog accepts cmd.exe as a path. Physical access to a locked Windows computer is sufficient; no Windows account is required, and arbitrary programs run with local SYSTEM privileges.
