Authenticated database query manipulation via unneutralized pass parameter
Published Mar 27, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in CampCodes Online Examination System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries through the pass parameter. The /adminpanel/admin/query/loginExe.php handler incorporates the unneutralized pass value into an SQL command, allowing it to alter intended query syntax. A valid low-privilege session is required, and reported consequences are limited to database-data exposure or modification and service interruption.
