Code execution via trusted upload MIME type

File upload validation bypass in NestJS before 10.4.16 and 11.0.0-next.1 through 11.0.15 allows remote authenticated users to upload disguised files. FileTypeValidator trusts the multipart file part’s client-supplied MIME type and matches it against the configured type without inspecting the buffer’s magic bytes. Exploitation requires an application to use this validator on an upload route; code execution additionally requires the accepted file to be stored or processed in an executable context.
