Continued account access via undeleted sessions

Insufficient session expiration in cskefu 7 allows remote authenticated users to retain account access after an administrator deletes them. User deletion leaves the user's entry in AgentSessionProxy, and UserInterceptorHandler accepts requests without verifying that the session remains valid. A previously authenticated, subsequently deleted user can reuse the old session to perform account actions, including deleting contacts.
