Authenticated code execution via unrestricted file upload
Published Apr 4, 2024 · Updated Aug 16, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in /view/print.php in ProjeQtOr before 11.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server code. The endpoint accepts a server-executable file without restricting its dangerous type, after which the web server executes the uploaded content. Low-privileged application access is sufficient, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary code in the web application server context.
